I didn’t receive my download.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. The download button is also on your order confirmation page. Still nothing? Send us your order number and we’ll resend the link.

The wallpaper looks blurry or cropped.

Use the file made for your device: MacBook images are 3840 × 2400 px, iPhone images 1290 × 2796 px. On a Mac, open System Settings → Wallpaper and choose “Fill Screen”.

Can I use the artwork commercially?

Your purchase covers personal use on your own devices. For shops, events, social media campaigns or printed products, choose “Commercial licence” in the form and tell us about your project.

Will I get new collections for free?

Yes, if you bought the complete bundle. New collections are added to it at no extra cost, and we email you a fresh download link.
