Refund policy

All products sold by The Frame Co. are digital files (wallpapers delivered by download link) or digital gift cards. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to return. This policy explains when you can cancel and get a refund.

1. Your right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)

If you live in the EU or EEA, you normally have 14 days from purchase to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

For digital content, this right ends once the download or streaming of the files has started, provided you gave your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result. By placing an order and downloading your files, you request immediate delivery.

If you have not started downloading your files, you can still withdraw within 14 days of purchase. Email us at theframeco0@gmail.com with your order number, and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request.

2. Faulty or wrong files

If a file is damaged, will not open, is not the collection you ordered, or does not match the description on the product page, email us within 30 days of purchase at theframeco0@gmail.com. We will send you a working replacement or, if we cannot, give you a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Gift cards

An unused gift card can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once any part of the balance has been used, the gift card cannot be refunded. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the money to appear on your statement.
