Shipping policy

Digital delivery only

The Frame Co. sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs.

Right after your payment is confirmed you receive two emails: an order confirmation with a button to your order page, and a separate email with your download links. Your files are also available from your order page and, if you have an account, from your account.

Gift cards are delivered by email with a unique code, straight after purchase.

If you haven’t received your emails within 15 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If they are not there, email theframeco0@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend your links.
