Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from The Frame Co. (theframeco.store). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Licence: what you buy

All wallpapers, paintings and images sold by The Frame Co. are original works protected by copyright. They remain the property of The Frame Co. When you buy a collection, the complete library or any other digital product, you do not buy the artwork itself. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files as wallpapers on devices you personally own or use.

2. You may

  • Use the files as wallpapers or lock-screen images on your own computers, phones and tablets.
  • Keep backup copies for your own personal use.

3. You may not

  • Resell, share, give away, sublicense or distribute the files, in original or modified form, whether for free or for payment.
  • Upload the files to any website, marketplace, app, file-sharing service, social media group or wallpaper platform where others can download them.
  • Print the images, or use them on physical or digital products for sale (posters, clothing, phone cases, NFTs, templates and similar).
  • Use the images in advertising, branding or any commercial project.
  • Remove or crop out the The Frame Co. signature or watermark and present the work as your own.
  • Use the files to train, fine-tune or feed any artificial intelligence or machine-learning system.

You may share a screenshot of your own screen on social media, provided you credit The Frame Co.

For commercial, business or multi-device licensing, contact us at theframeco0@gmail.com before using the work.

4. Breach of licence

Any use outside this licence is copyright infringement. If the licence is breached, it ends immediately without refund, and The Frame Co. may request removal of the content (including by takedown notice to the platform concerned) and pursue any remedies available under applicable law.

5. Digital delivery

Products are delivered digitally by download link immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped. Please check the file sizes and device compatibility shown on each product page before buying.
